
Dionne Verwey is a Dutch actress. She graduated from the Mime School in 2012, receiving the Top Naeff Prize for her graduation performance MAN.
She has worked with theatre companies including Theatergroep Oostpool, de Toneelmakerij, Theater Rotterdam, and Club Guy and Roni. In 2016, her collective Sir Duke joined Orkater as a newcomer.
Verwey received the Top Naeff Prize (2012) and the Joop Mulder Plak (2020) and was nominated twice for the Colombina Award for Best Supporting Actress at the Dutch Theater Festival (2018 and 2021). In 2021, she completed a Master’s in Creative Producing.
Her screen credits include Zina, Flikken Rotterdam, A’dam–E.V.A., the TV movie Romaissa, and the short films Elementsand Yulia & Juliet. In 2023, she appeared in The Story of Travis at Het Nationale Theater.
In 2025, she presents Kapsalon de Musical at the O. Festival in Rotterdam, participates in TRACK 2025 at TR25 Schouwburg, and appears in the series Ons Huis op Mars.
