Indigo Envie

Indigo Envie, formerly known as Kanea Blokland, is a Dutch-Tanzanian actor working across film, voice acting, and music videos.

Their screen credits include Goudvink (2024) as Idris, Happy Ending (2023) as Bike Flirter, To Wade or Row (2021) as Jane, and Sick Boys Die Alone (2019) as Zazi. They also voiced a character in Jubilee (2021) and appeared in Khai Dreams: Sunkissed (2020) and Kaytranada: Need It (2020).

In 2025, Indigo appeared in Jimpa, directed by Sophie Hyde, alongside Olivia Colman, John Lithgow, Aud Mason-Hyde, Daniel Henshall, and Kate Box.

Indigo began acting at the age of twelve and later moved to the United States, where they obtained a BFA in Acting for Film. They are trained in multiple acting techniques, singing, and modern, hip-hop, and jazz dance. They have also worked as a model for brands including Everlane and The Line by K.
