QiQi van Boheemen

QiQi van Boheemen is a performer, actress, and photographer. She grew up in Nijmegen and Elst. After high school, she studied at the Toneelacademie Maastricht, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in 2023.

She has collaborated with directors and collectives including Davy Pieters (Theater Rotterdam), Char Li Chung (Theater Oostpool) theatre collective Bambie and performance collective Urland.

As a photographer, she works on freelance assignments for theatre makers, actors, and collectives. Her own work — combining performance and photography — has been presented at Festival Gemaakt and ENTER Festival. She is also a member of the performance collective MC Makita, which made its debut with Ashes to Ashes, which was well received.

In 2026, she made her film debut as PJ in Joe Speedboot, directed by Sam de Jong. For this film, she was nominated for a Golden Calf for Best Supporting Role.
