In 2012, Luciaan began a Bachelor's degree in Theatre, Cinema Literature, and Italian at Antwerp University. His love for cinema and Italy led him to the Italian film circuit, where he worked as a festival producer and eventually co-created a short film festival for young filmmakers. Here, Luciaan discovered his passion for talent development. In 2017, back in Antwerp, he earned an MSc in Cultural Management. In 2019, Luciaan started working as a talent manager, and since then, he has been thrilled to work with all our amazing talents, helping them realize their dreams and reach their full potential.
